Mushroom update

Well, the mushroom experiment is not going well. We've had problems getting anything to grow, there is something growing out of the coffee grounds, looks like the start of mushrooms, but not what we expected and not what the package said. We ran into the marketing mgr at Makers Faire 2 week ago so I'll call him Monday if we don't see some type of improvement by Monday.

Mushrooms!

My son is interested in mushrooms, so when I was out getting a small container to do some container gardening, I ran across  the Back to the Roots mushroom growing kit. It's a plastic bag filled with used coffee grounds that has been inoculated with Oyster mushrooms.
