Food review: Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix

I bought this mix to make pancakes for my son and I. This mix did rather well making pancakes, the pancakes were not really fluffy, but I prefer less fluffy pancakes. The taste was close to flour pancakes, not overly 'beany'.
My teen son liked them enough to eat them w/o complaining too much. The leftover pancakes tasted quite nice the next day rewarmed for breakfast.

This mix is good to keep around for when I get that pancake craving.
