It smells great and I'm looking forward to drinking in in 4 weeks or so..
Since it's cooler here now, I've put a small heating pad on low under the primary fermenter to keep it warm and hopefully the yeast active...

Bottled after only 1 week, we keep the fermenter on an old heating pad which keeps the beer about 70 F. It stopped bubbling so we bottled it.
The ~5 gallons made 30 16oz bottles.. Now to wait 2 more weeks... We sampled some, tastes pretty good, I expect the 2 weeks of ageing will bring out more flavor.
