Beer has been bottled

The latest batch of beer has been bottled.
56 bottles of beer on the wall... 56 bottles of beer...


Notes for myself:
  • used 1lb of honey as part of the sugar. adds a light honey flavor
  • used 1.5 cups of wheat extract to 2.5 cups of water, heat, mix into fermenteer tank for bottle fermenting
  • consider for next batch to put .5 tsp into each bottle
