We bottled the latest batch of beer Sunday. Same recipe/kit that worked out so well last night.
Note to self: use 1 cup of priming sugar/extract/whatever to 6 gallons of beer to get it to carbonate in the bottles.
Now I need to get shelves into my 'cellar' so we have a place to store it. The insulation I added a week ago has keep the 'cellar' cooler from what I can tell when I go into there.
