The wine has been racked!!!

The wine has been racked... SG was still .992 so the stabalizing step worked. Clarity is good, the wine in a glass was clear and dark red. Nice fruity bouquet to the nose and a good flavor on the tongue. Nice fruity flavors and a taste of oak. I'm really happy with the way this is turning out.
Next step is to let it clarify for another 2 weeks at least then on to bottling.
Then to drinking!
