Bee update - some flying

Last week one day it got up to over 50F and I saw a few bees flying in/out of the hive, not many, just a few. I'm not sure yet how strong the hive is, once it warms up a little more I'll go into the hive and see how it is and if they are still there, start feeding them sugar water.
I am considering ordering a package of bees so I can either re-hive the hive if they are not strong enough or start a new hive.
