Food review: Intro

I admit it, I have a sweet tooth, and I was a wheat/flour addict. But since I now get a migraine headache 24 hrs after eating wheat (even a single donut will start one), I've written off that part of my diet. Even eating oatmeal for a week caused the next week to be a week of migraine hell. Not worth it at all.

So I have been trying out various 'gluten free' mixes for cakes and breads and such. I only do this 2x month, I do not want to make this a consistent (and expensive) part of my diet. Being also on the Paleo food plan means that grains are off the menu, but you just have to have something sweet once in a while.

As I try gluten free products, I'll review them here.
